In-stock pieces will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Made to order jewellery will take 3-4 weeks to be crafted and shipped. We will provide tracking info as soon as your order is ready.

Yes. Special sizing is considered custom, therefore it will be considered final sale. This might incur an additional charge if we have to add metal.

Yes, we can make a gold version of a sterling silver piece and a sterling silver version of a fine piece. Please contact us at alexandramachadojewellery@gmail.com with the desired piece and material so we can quote accordingly.

Yes, we can gift wrap your order at an additional cost. Please select the Gift Wrap option at checkout.

We currently do not have a physical store, but we make pop up events and markets in Portugal. Please follow us on Instagram receive all the updates.

We offer worldwide shipping. Customs fees, duties or taxes are NOT calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees required by their country to receive the package. You can read about international duties, taxes and fees here.
