Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Once your order has left our atelier, you will receive an email from Alexandra Machado with the confirmation that the product has been shipped and the registration number so you can track your order.
Due to the artisanal nature of our atelier, production time is 2 to 5 business days for available stock items. For made to order jewellery we allow up 3 to 4 weeks for production and dispatch.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped via CTT or DPD, with estimated delivery times and costs as follows:
Portugal (Mainland and Islands): 1-2 business days | 5€
Spain: 1-2 business days | 10€
European Union: 5 - 7 business days | 14€
United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 5 - 7 business days | 17€
Rest of the World: 5 - 7 business days | 25€
Please note:
If the package is returned due to a failed delivery, it will only be re-shipped after payment of new shipping fees.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees, duties or taxes are NOT calculated at checkout. Before ordering, we suggest you verify your country’s import fees to have an estimate of the amount to be paid in order to receive the package.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange or return, contact us at alexandramachadojewellery@gmail.com.
To ensure eligibility, products have to be unused, in excellent condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. We can refuse the right to refund or exchange if the jewellery doesn’t meet our return criteria.
Exchanges can be made for another item of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the invoice and warranty.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for customised pieces.
Refund or store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order.
Customers should be aware that parcels returned after the specified time frame will be declined and sent back to the sender.
The sender is responsible for covering the costs and insurance associated with the return of the products.
